This net tiered petticoat would be perfect for a holy communion. This is a beautiful net tiered petticoat with a gorgeous soft elastic waistband and satin bound hem. The petticoat is fastened at the back with velcro so it can be adjusted to fit each person. The tiered net panels enhance any dress to create fullness.
